Sarah is an avid mountain biker and was down-hill racing before moving to Austin, TX from Lake Tahoe, California, where the mountains are smaller, fewer, and farther between.
Now, Sarah’s 18 year old son keeps her busy as a Colorado State University, Ram Mom, and her dog, Crystal, keeps her running on the trails of Austin.
Sarah enjoys speaking at events, coaching, training, and writing curriculum to guide avid listeners and clients on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves.
